Our technical team has long specialized in packaging testing for household and personal care products, pharmaceuticals, food, and medical devices. We work day to day with aerosol valves, actuators, and pump dispensers. The technical center is equipped with multiple testing instruments, allowing us to test and verify every detail—from aerosol valve seal integrity, durability, and spray pattern, to actuator actuation force, return life, and fit clearance. Test data are fed back in real time to design and production; whenever a deviation appears, we make adjustments until all specifications are fully met.
In addition to routine testing of our own products, we also provide external testing services. Once a client sends in samples, we design a test plan, run the tests, and deliver a report. Test plans can be discussed online, and clients are welcome to visit our facility to observe the testing process in person. The process is direct and rigorous: we repeat testing until full compliance is achieved.
