Our Mold Center develops corresponding molds based on product design drawings. Every technical detail—from cavity structure, demolding method, to material selection and surface treatment—is reviewed and confirmed by our in-house team. The mold department also takes on the in-house R&D and improvement of equipment. We can modify and adjust special-purpose equipment, testing fixtures, and automation retrofits on the production line all by ourselves.
Upon receiving a mold request, we first evaluate the product structure and mass production requirements before proceeding to mold design. The subsequent machining, assembly, and mold trials are led entirely by our technical team from start to finish. Trial-molded samples then enter the testing cycle; if any issues arise, we refine the mold until the product dimensions and performance are stable. Our commitment to precision runs consistently from design through to mold trial.
